How Arcaida works
Arcaida is a borrowing protocol for tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain. You lock listed equity tokens as collateral and mint RHUSD. There is no ongoing interest.
1. Lock collateral
Deposit NVDA (or another listed market) from a wallet on Robinhood Chain. The tokens stay in the isolated market contract. Arcaida never holds a key over your wallet.
2. Draw RHUSD
Mint RHUSD up to the amount allowed by the minimum collateral ratio (165% on NVDA). A one-time issuance fee is charged at draw. Debt does not accrue after that.
3. Keep the position healthy
Health is collateral value divided by debt. If the tokenized stock print falls and health drops below the minimum ratio, the position can be liquidated under protocol rules.
4. Repay or close
Repay RHUSD to free collateral, add more tokens to repair health, or close the position in one action. Remaining collateral returns to the same wallet that opened it.
Notes
- Tokenized stocks are not brokerage shares. They give economic exposure onchain.
- Gas is ETH on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663).
- Nothing here is financial advice.
